3

First exercises

Start with large targets and simple tasks. Gradually increase complexity. Plan regular breaks.

4

Document progress

Use the integrated statistics for documentation. Discuss progress and adjust settings as needed.

Best practices from practice

Optimal lighting

Even, diffuse light is ideal. Avoid direct sunlight or strong shadows. Recommendation: daylight lamps or indirect lighting.

Ergonomic positioning

Screen at eye level, distance 50-70 cm. Webcam centrally above or below the monitor. Comfortable seating position for longer use.

Individual adaptation

Every patient is different. Take time to fine-tune sensitivity and speed.

Realistic goals

Set achievable intermediate goals. Celebrate small successes. Patience is important – adaptation takes time.

Regular breaks

Recommendation: 10 minutes break after 30-45 minutes of use. Eye exercises can help prevent fatigue.

Continuous care
